Confirmation Slip, Invoice
We will send your Confirmation Slip and Invoice via e-mail when your reservation has been confirmed. (Please print this confirmation slip and take it with you).
Payment Payment
full will be collected upon arrival at Pangkalan Bun.
With Bank Transfer,
30% deposit payment must be made in advance before arrival.
High Season Policy
Surcharge only for accommodation will be required in high season (July, September) & peak season (December January period)
Cancellation
Each cancellation is carried out within 14 days during the normal season, 30 days in the high season and 45 days in the peak season before the arrival date, cancellation fees will be applied. A fee will be charged to your credit card. Early check-out will be charged a room price one night during the low season and will be charged a full night during high and peak seasons. Non-refundable for any services that are not used.
Travel Documents
Each tourist must be responsible for obtaining an appropriate visa and carrying a valid passport at any time. All tourists to Indonesia must have a passport with a validity period of at least six months beyond the estimated date of return and have proof of further travel, both returning through the ticket. Please read the visa regulations carefully on general information.
Legal agreement
The Law of the Republic of Indonesia will govern this agreement. Any claims or legal actions that arise regarding this agreement, the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia will govern.
Terms
Additional Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of services and other uses of parts of this site and you agree to comply with other Terms and Conditions.
Force Majeure
Including wars, threats of war, riots, civil disobedience or disputes, industrial disputes, terrorist activities, natural or industrial disasters, government regulations, communication or utility failures, fires, adverse weather conditions, river water levels, labor disputes or disturbances, material shortages or allotment, technical problems or maintenance with transfers, unexpected operational decisions from airlines such as schedule changes, or unexpected or unavoidable events that are beyond the Company’s control.
Communication
Most of our communications are via email, make sure your email is correct or if we need your phone.
Flight Reservations and Suitcases
To order airline tickets, please let us know your name at least one week in advance. You can take a flight from Semarang, (Surabaya, Jakarta or Semarang daily flights). Most flights between Kalimantan are only allowed 20Kg, larger aircraft are allowed up to 35Kg for luggage.
